At Nestly Spaces, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refunds and Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and requesting refunds. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return for most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In unused, original condition
- In their original packaging
- Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that are customized, assembled after delivery, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including pickup arrangements if applicable.
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Pickup & Inspection
Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup within 5–7 business days. Our team will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions stated above. If the item fails inspection, the return will be declined and the product returned to you.
Refund Process
If your return is approved after inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Since we offer only Cash on Delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after item pickup and inspection.
- You must provide accurate bank details if you opt for a transfer refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like to replace your item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
